What personal data REXOR GROUP LLC processes through this website and the emails you send to the company: which data, why, with whom, where, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
In short: this website has no forms, no accounts, no audience measurement and no advertising. It sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties: its typefaces are served from our own domain. If you write to us, we use your message only to reply.

When you visit this website
Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect the website: your IP address, the page requested, your browser’s identification string, and the date and time of the request.
We do not keep visit logs ourselves and we do not measure audience. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you write to us
We process your email address, your name and organisation if you give them, your message and our replies, in order to answer you and follow up the exchange.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). No automated decision is made about you.
Who receives your data
REXOR GROUP LLC and the technical providers acting on its instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and delivery of this website;
- Zoho: email;
- Anthropic: AI tools that help sort our correspondence and draft replies.
Your data is never sold or rented.
Where your data is processed
Outside the European Union: in the United States, where the company and its providers are located, and in the Philippines, where its manager works. The Philippines are not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
Transfers to our providers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, for Cloudflare, by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can obtain a copy of these safeguards by writing to us.
How long we keep it
- Correspondence: three years from our last exchange;
- If you become a customer of one of our brands: for the duration of the relationship, then three years, subject to longer periods required by law for accounting records.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie, which does not require consent.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@rexorgroup.com.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
Our brands’ websites
Rexor Closer, Lodgeyard and HEISTORIUM have their own privacy policies, published on their websites, for the data they collect, such as quote requests, sign-ups and conversations with an AI assistant.
