An independent company that builds and runs its own brands.
REXOR GROUP LLC was formed in New Mexico, United States, in May 2026. It does not invest in other people’s companies: it creates its own brands, builds the systems that run them and operates them under one name.
What we do
Three activities, each under its own brand.
Rexor Closer
AI sales closers for businesses that sell in private messages, sold as monthly plans. Each closer is built into a single business, on its facts and its rules, then run and watched by us.
Lodgeyard
Capsules and expandable homes made by partner factories and sold turnkey: to campsites, glamping sites and holiday parks in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Sweden, and as granny flats in Australia and New Zealand. Installation is carried out and invoiced by a local partner installer, named in the quote.
Game studio
Narrative games for mobile. The first, HEISTORIUM, is announced and in development. A second game is planned.

AI, said plainly
The assistants on our sites are AI systems, and they say so. Rexor Closer, the closer we sell, is the same one that answers Lodgeyard’s customers.

Commitments in writing
Prices, terms and quotes are written down before anything is sold. Automation then carries out what is written; it does not improvise promises.
- 03
Only what exists
We describe what is live and label what is not. A brand in preparation is shown as such, and a partner’s work is never presented as ours.
Ownership
Owner-managed, with no outside investors.
REXOR GROUP LLC is wholly owned and managed by its founder, Maxime. Each brand is operated directly by the company, which signs its contracts.
